Limited Warranty

Rising Tide Homes is pleased to offer all of our custom-built home clients with a Limited Warranty, which includes a 1-year Workmanship, 2-year Systems, and 10-year Structural Warranty. In addition, our Customer Care Program includes a 1-year warranty, including a 30-day inspection and a 1-year anniversary home inspection.
